SDM Doctor Aarogya Samvada reaching its 900th episode

SDM Doctor Aarogya Samvada completes continues 900th Episodes on 18th July, 2023. When SDM Medical College and Hospital was started in 2003, as an extension of providing Healthcare suggestions and guidance to the public, in April 2006 SDM Medical College has started SDM Doctor Aarogya Samvada through All India Radio, Dharwad. SDM Aarogya Samvada Phone-in program is the only program in the history of All India Radio Dharwad which is running successfully 18 years without breaking a single week (every Tuesdays).
All India Radio and SDM University has jointly organized a function to celebrate the occasion. Dr. Niranjan Kumar, Vice Chancellor, Smt. Padmalatha Niranjan, Executive Director, Dr. Basu Bevinagidad, Head of Programs -All India Radio were the Guests. 
Vice Chancellor, Dr. Niranjan Kumar complemented the efforts of All India Radio for the success of SDM Aarogya Samvada Program.

•    Prevention of disease is always better than struggling when we are ill 
•    He appreciated the efforts of all SDM Doctors for the success of SDM Aarogya Samvada
•    He wished that this program not only completing 1000 Episode soon, it should complete 1,500th Episode in the near future

Dr. Basu Bevinagidad complemented SDM University and Medical College for the success of the SDM Aarogya Samvada

Dr. Niranjan Kumar and Smt. Padmalatha Niranjan felicitated the All India Radio staffs who are involved in conduction of SDM Aarogya Samvada Program. 
During the program the recorded message of Poojya Shri D. Veerendra Heggade was aired and Dr. Niranjan Kumar interacted with the general public. 
Shri Jeevandhar Kumar, Pro Vice Chancellor, Shri Saketh Shetty, Director Administration, Smt. Samhita Shreyes, Dr. Chidendra M Shettar, Registrar,  Dr. Kiran Hegde, Medical Superintendent, Dr. Rathnamala M Desai, Principal, SDM Medical College, Dr. Balaram Naik, Principal, SDM Dental College, Dr. Virupaksha Badiger, Former Director of All India Radio were present during the function. 
Mr. Sharanbasav Cholin Welcomed the Guests. Mr. Arun Naik briefed the evolution of SDM Aarogya Samvada. Mrs. Maya Raman compered the program. Mr. Hemanth Ramdagi proposed the vote of thanks.
