Hospitality

• Accommodation will be provided to the delegates on first come, first serve basis with a fee of INR 350 to be paid in cash.
• Limited accommodation available.
• Accommodation will be provided either in dormitories, separate rooms subject to sharing.
• Accommodation will be decided by hospitality committee based on delegates.
• Note: Non-AC and Non-Attached bathroom facility.
• Delegates are requested to carry their ID proof and 2 passport size photos.
• The delegates should abide by all the rules and regulations during their stay.
• For the violation of rules and regulations like use of alcohol, non-veg, smoking or any abuse serious action will be taken & your institution head will be informed.
• Accommodation Portal is open.
