Guidelines for Presentation  

ORAL PRESENTATION GUIDELINES
  1. The  presentation  will  be  for  5  minutes,  followed by  discussion  for  2 minutes  with the chairpersons and audience.
  2. The file should be in the name of the presenting author name and college name should be mentioned.
  3. The slides should be made in MS power point 2007 or higher versions. First slide should have title, name(s) of the author(s), designation(s).  Number all the slides.
  4. It is advisable to restrict the slides to 12-14 for proper time management.
  5. The slides preferably should be done in Arial or Calibri font (Sans serif) and font size- for title- minimum 24, for content- minimum 20.
  6. Presenting author’s name should be underlined and written in bold.
  7. All the presenters are requested to be punctual and adhere to the time allotted.
  8. All the presenters should upload the soft copy of their presentation at least half an hour before the session, to avoid technical problems in the respective halls.
  9. All are requested to keep a backup of your presentations in your e-mails and pen drives/CD ROM and print out to avoid last minute problem
  10. Certificates in the name of presenting author will be given only after  completion  of  all  the presentations in the same hall.
  11. Oral presentation schedule and venue will be intimated nearer to the date of the conference on the website
 
POSTER PRESENTATION GUIDELINES
 
General Information:
  1. The poster should be printed on 3 feet wide by 4 feet tall flex.
  2. Presenting  author  will  have  to  be  available beside  the  poster  during  the  specified  time for discussion with the judges and audience.
  3. Poster clips / pins / cello tapes will be made available by the scientific Committee onsite for mounting the displays.
  4. You are requested to be punctual. Posters should be set up in the venue at least 1 hour before the stipulated time. Certificates will be given only after the completion of all the presentations in that session.
  5. Certificates in the name of presenting author will be given only after completion of all the presentations in the same hall.
  6. Poster   presentation schedule and venue will be intimated nearer to the date of the conference on the website.               
 
GUIDELINES FOR SETTING UP YOUR POSTERS ON THE POSTER BOARDS
  1. Posters should be prepared on flex.
  2. Title:  to be printed at the top of the poster. (BOLD CAPITAL letters,  Font: Calibri, Times New Roman or Arial). Name(s) of author(s), institution(s) and city of the author(s) and e-mail ID should be stated clearly, directly below the title.
  3. Presenting author’s name should be underlined and bold.  Place text, graphs, illustrations, etc., under appropriate headings.
  4. Serially number graphs and illustrations and give appropriate headings
